As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standard of customer satisfaction. Job Dimensions & Scope:
- Manage customer demand from order placement to delivery.
- Collaborate with internal functions and sales teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with external customers.
- Proactively seek improvements in service delivery.
- Coordinate rush shipments and monitor progress.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Resolve complex problems independently.
- Collaborate with various functional areas to monitor customer requirements.
- Coordinate rush shipments and monitor progress.
- Support demand planning through sharing customer forecasts.
- Manage customer finished goods levels and aged inventory.
- Handle customer complaints.
Key Deliverables:
- Build customer loyalty through positive engagement.
- Maintain customer service processes and standards.

- Ensure a high degree of accuracy in all customer interactions.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Formal Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in packaging or manufacturing area.
- Good excel Skills
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- Experience with SAP appreciated.
