Rattaché à un grand groupe international, notre site (Effectif : 135, CA : 45 millions d’euros) basé depuis 1974 dans le Haut-Rhin produit des solutions d’emballage à l’échelle mondiale. Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un :

SHIFT TEAM LEADER (STL) _ MANAGER D’EQUIPE H/F

Rattaché au Line Lead, vous faites partie de la structure de la ligne (cellule), vous êtes responsable des systèmes et des résultats des équipes sur les lignes.

Vous êtes chargé du développement des capacités techniques et de leadership de votre équipe. Vous dirigez et coordonnez les activités de l'équipe à travers la cellule en utilisant les outils d’amélioration continue pour obtenir les résultats conformément aux objectifs du site.

Responsable de la mise en place d'une bonne dynamique d'équipe en suivant les principes d'une organisation performante afin d'obtenir l'engagement de votre équipe, vous favorisez un environnement inclusif où les gens travaillent ensemble pour résoudre les problèmes.

Vous êtes un modèle et montrez le comportement de leadership attendu à ce niveau en faisant preuve d'un bon sens de l'urgence pour faire remonter les problèmes en suivant le processus d'escalade et en montrant la voie, les valeurs et le cadre de leadership d'Amcor.

De formation BAC +2 à BAC +5 en industrie graphique, technique, mécanique ou chimique avec une expérience de 5 ans en management d’équipe, vous êtes flexible, rigoureux et doté de bonnes aptitudes relationnelles et pédagogiques.

Vous connaissez les méthodes et outils de résolution de problèmes. Un niveau d’anglais de base serait un plus

Poste en 3x8, milieu industriel. Rémunération selon profil.
