Rattaché à un grand groupe international, notre site (Effectif : 135, CA : 45 millions d’euros) basé depuis 1974 dans le Haut-Rhin produit des solutions d’emballage à l’échelle mondiale. Afin de renforcer l’équipe en place, nous recherchons un :

 

IMPRIMEUR H/F

(Conducteur de machines à imprimer)

 

Rattaché au manager d'équipe, l’imprimeur est responsable de la fabrication des produits sur la machine à imprimer, conformément au planning de production, aux spécifications et aux objectifs.

 

Vous êtes chargé de l’animation de son équipe. Vous organiserez les mises (changement de production) et participerez à la maintenance 1er niveau selon le concept TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). Vous participerez aux projets liés à l’amélioration continue.

 

De formation BAC Pro industrie graphique ou électrotechnique, et une expérience minimum de 2 ans dans le domaine de l’impression, vous faites preuve de finesse technique, de rigueur et avez de bonnes capacités de communication et d’animation d’équipe.

 

Poste en 3x8, milieu industriel.
