Job Overview:

We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented, and inspiring Senior Sales Director to lead commercial growth for our RPSI business in Mexico. This role will be responsible for driving sales performance, strengthening customer relationships, leading high-performing teams, and identifying new market opportunities while collaborating cross-functionally across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Lead and inspire the Sales team, setting clear goals and driving high performance.
  • Build strong partnerships with Sales, Operations, Technical, Customer Service, and Marketing teams.
  • Manage pricing strategy, product portfolio, and gross margin optimization.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Participate in business expansion initiatives, including investments, acquisitions, and strategic alliances.
  • Lead, coach, and develop teams across multiple locations and functions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and business performance reports.
  • Ensure alignment with regional and global business objectives while operating with autonomy.

  • Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial processes.
  • Ability to present and influence senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Education & Certification:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
