This role will be responsible for driving sales performance, strengthening customer relationships, leading high-performing teams, and identifying new market opportunities while collaborating cross-functionally across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead and inspire the Sales team, setting clear goals and driving high performance.
- Build strong partnerships with Sales, Operations, Technical, Customer Service, and Marketing teams.
- Manage pricing strategy, product portfolio, and gross margin optimization.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations.
- Participate in business expansion initiatives, including investments, acquisitions, and strategic alliances.
- Lead, coach, and develop teams across multiple locations and functions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and business performance reports.
- Ensure alignment with regional and global business objectives while operating with autonomy.
