Overview
The Project Management Office (PMO) oversees and manages new project development from start to finish. This role ensures timely, high-quality project delivery within scope. The PMO will coordinate with teams and external resources to monitor progress, address risks, and keep clear communication throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones. Develop strategies to mitigate risks proactively.

Work with internal teams and external partners to allocate resources effectively and meet project timelines.

Track progress to ensure alignment with schedules and goals, addressing and escalating issues as needed.

Maintain strong relationships across teams, providing regular updates and escalating critical issues to senior management.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management, highlighting project status, accomplishments, and any risks or changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-3 years of project management experience, especially with cross-functional teams in complex organizations (excluding startups, small enterprises, universities, or labs).
- Project management or project controlling.
- Familiarity with the packaging or flexible packaging industry, including relevant regulatory or compliance requirements.
- Understanding of resource allocation, workload balancing, and managing both internal and external resources.
- Proficiency in English
- Capable of managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Skilled in tracking project milestones, schedules, and budgets.
- Competent in preparing and presenting weekly and monthly project reports for management.
