As Amcor continues to grow its regional market presence, the Marketing Executive plays a critical role in supporting commercial excellence, primarily through enhanced pricing management, data accuracy, and reporting efficiency.


This role ensures disciplined sales data management while also contributing to impactful marketing events, high‑quality marketing collaterals, and providing operational support to the Sales & Marketing function.

 

 

Principal Accountabilities

 

The following responsibilities reflect the core focus areas of the role. Percentages indicate the estimated workload distribution.

 

 1. Enhanced Pricing & Data Management - 70%

  • Ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer quotation inquiries.
  • Maintain, update, and validate pricing across all product ranges within the QAD system.
  • Generate structured pricing reports, dashboards, and data insights to support Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Conduct routine and large-volume data analysis in Excel (including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and formula-based validation).
  • Monitor pricing accuracy, detect discrepancies, and support continuous improvement of pricing governance.

 

2. Marketing Event Coordination - 10%

  • Support planning and execution of trade shows, seminars, and customer facing events.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendor communication, timelines, and internal stakeholder alignment to ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Assist in preparing event-related materials and tracking post-event performance where required.

 

3. Marketing Collateral Development - 10%

  • Assist in creating and updating brochures, product sheets, presentation decks, and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all collaterals and alignment with Amcor’s visual identity and communication standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather inputs, update content, and support product launch communication materials.

 

4. Ad‑Hoc Marketing & Administrative Support - 10%

  • Support the Marketing Manager on various tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of the team.
  • Provide coordination assistance for internal requests, documentation, administrative follow-ups, and reporting needs.
  • Contribute to cross-functional activities as required (Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Technical).

 

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business marketing, with demonstrated capability in data analysis and pricing maintenance.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP, with the ability to manage and interpret large data sets accurately.
  • Experience in event coordination (e.g., trade shows, seminars, or corporate events) is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with QAD or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
  • Background in B2B marketing, particularly within the medical manufacturing or packaging industry, will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Minimum Diploma & above in marketing, business, or a related field.
