JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
A. Commercial Leadership & Governance
- Own and continuously improve regional pricing frameworks, tools, and governance standards.
- Act as the regional subject matter expert on pricing, margin management, and commercial performance.
- Ensure consistent application of pricing policies across countries and business units.
- Provide senior management with actionable commercial insights and clear recommendations.
B. Pricing Strategy & Decision Support
- Lead the development, validation, and approval of pricing models and cost assumptions.
- Oversee complex quotations, tenders, and strategic customer pricing decisions.
- Support and challenge Sales during key negotiations to ensure value-based pricing outcomes.
- Drive margin improvement initiatives and proactively identify pricing and cost leakage risks.
C. Commercial Analytics & Performance Management
- Translate sales, cost, and market data into forward-looking insights and scenarios.
- Lead regional profitability analysis by customer, product, plant, and portfolio.
- Own and evolve commercial dashboards, performance reporting, and management packs.
- Provide input into regional budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
D. People Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of commercial and pricing analysts.
- Set clear objectives, priorities, and performance standards for the team.
- Build analytical, business partnering, and stakeholder management capability within the team.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and ways of working.
E. Cross‑Functional Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted partner to Sales, Finance, Product Development, and Supply Chain.
- Influence decision-making through fact-based recommendations and commercial acumen.
- Support regional and global initiatives related to pricing, value management, and commercial excellence.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–8 years experience in pricing, commercial finance, or analytics roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring analysts or small teams
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost structure and margin analysis.
• Strong background in the packaging industry, preferably with experience in gravure and offset printing
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams toward achieving business objectives.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge commercial decisions constructively
