The contract of this Strategic Marketing Graduate Program could be based in Barcelona, Spain or one of our French facilities, depending on the final candidate.
The start date is February 2026.

The 15 month Graduate Program includes multiple rotations across different parts of the business, consisting of 2 international rotations in one of our facilities located in Europe. Every rotation is designed to add real value and broaden your skills, build confidence, and help you understand how strategic, commercial and technical decisions shape our business.

As an RPSI Graduate you will gain insight into Strategic Marketing and several connected areas of the business. The structured program will support you in becoming able to develop customer-centric strategies to marketing campaigns, analyse performance and contribute to initiatives that shape our product portfolio.
During this development program, you will get exposure to various areas of the Amcor business:
Strategic Product Management:
- Understand customer needs, product portfolios, market trends and competitive dynamics.
Customer & Commercial Engagement:
- Gain insight into how customer decisions are made and how packaging solutions are evaluated.
Innovation & Sustainability:
- Contribute to projects focused on recyclability, regulatory readiness, and new product concepts.
Across your rotations, your projects could include:
- Conduct research on consumer and customer trends to develop market insights across a specific market category.
- Build competitor analysis across product performance and identify potential opportunities or threats.
- Analyse data to understand product line performance (pricing, costs, capacity) and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in R&D project management ensuring customer requirements and timelines are met
- Participate in product trials and learning how product changes impact manufacturing.
- Build customer meeting presentations alongside the sales and product management teams
- Maintain accurate product specifications on internal and external documents.
- Contribute to innovation session preparation and sustainability assessments.
What do you need?
It’s a good start to have the following:
- Degree in Engineering, Management, Marketing, Strategy or related fields.
- Fluency in English is required. Additional European language is an asset.
- Strong analytical ability – Confident working with Excel and basic data modelling (Power BI a plus).
- Curiosity, resilience and willingness to learn fast in a complex business.
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and drive projects forward.
- Internship or project experience in manufacturing, supply chain, packaging or consumer goods.
- Exposure or experience in marketing, data analytics, commercial or design.
- Full permanent work permit in the EU and geographically mobile
