Safety

  • Be a champion of safety for the business, ensuring all operators on shift follow established processes and remain safe and healthy
  • Perform Safety Leadership Tours at required frequency
  • Proactively identify the safest way to perform tasks
  • Intervene when someone’s safety is at risk

Customer Focus

  • Ensure production quality targets are achieved, so that customer DIFOTIS targets are met or exceeded
  • Development of the shop floor data capturing process, ensuring good quality data is feed into system and available at all times

Talent

  • Participate in continuous training and regular performance assessment
  • Contribute to the development of Best Practice
  • Ensure all quality and process procedures are adhered
  • Responsible in reporting problem with regards to FSMS to immediate superior or to any FS team.

Capital Discipline

  • Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
  • Review job cost variance reports to support the management of job variances and identify opportunities for improvement

Low Cost

  • Identify through trend analysis in data were opportunities for improvement

 

Your specific requirements of the role are:

  • Maintenance and entry of production data in the ERP system
  • Working with AU IT team on development of automatic capturing tools to minimize manual entry in ERP system
  • To work with the Operations Manager on defining and implementing Best Practice
  • Work with Finance team on any job variances and identify cause for job variances
  • Producing of reports and other required information for daily, weekly, and monthly meetings / communication boards
  • Responsible in reporting problem with regards to FSMS to immediate superior or to any FS team.

 

  • Capability to thrive on multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, and have the ability to handle projects and issues autonomously while working within a small team structure
