Aufgaben

  • Ganzheitliche Verantwortung für den Recruiting-Prozess (End-to-End) – von der Bedarfsanalyse bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung offener Positionen für mehrere Standorte
  • Enge Beratung und Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und Fachbereichen hinsichtlich Anforderungsprofilen, Auswahlprozessen und Marktgegebenheiten
  • Erstellung, Optimierung und zielgruppenspezifische Veröffentlichung von Stellenausschreibungen (intern und extern)
  • Aktive Direktansprache (Active Sourcing) über relevante Netzwerke und Plattformen sowie kontinuierlicher Aufbau nachhaltiger Talentpools
  • Planung und Durchführung strukturierter Auswahlverfahren
  • Sicherstellung einer exzellenten Candidate Experience entlang des gesamten Bewerbungsprozesses
  • Steuerung und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern (z. B. Personalberatungen, Plattformen)
  • Definition und Steuerung relevanter Recruiting-KPIs sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung des Recruiting-Funnels
  • Mitarbeit an Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen sowie Weiterentwicklung der Recruiting-Strategie
  • Marktbeobachtung und Ableitung innovativer Recruiting-Ansätze sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement, Psychologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation wünschenswert
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting / Talent Acquisition, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld (Blue- und White-Collar)
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Active Sourcing sowie im Umgang mit modernen Recruiting-Tools und -Plattformen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse moderner Recruiting-Methoden
  • Ausgeprägte Interview- und Beratungskompetenz
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Service- und Kandidatenorientierung sowie professionelles Stakeholder-Management
  • Teamfähigkeit, Diskretion und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
