Für unsere Abteilung Aus- und Weiterbildung bieten wir einen Praktikumsplatz für die Dauer von 6 Monaten ab Februar/März 2026 an.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Sie arbeiten aktiv bei Aufgaben der Personalentwicklung mit und lernen dabei Personalarbeit aus unterschiedlichen Blickwinkeln kennen.

Dabei unterstützen Sie die Abteilung im Bewerbermanagement und bei der administrativen Entwicklung von Personalvorgängen

(z.B. Vertragserstellung, Zeugniserstellung etc.) sowie bei der internen und externen Seminarorganisation.

Ihr Profil:

Sie studieren Verwaltungswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspädagogik, Soziologie oder einen ähnlichen Studiengang.

Sie sind kommunikativ, teamfähig, zuverlässig, flexibel und besitzen ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative.

Sie benötigen fundierte Kenntnisse in Office-Anwendungen und gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache sowie Organisationstalent.
