Amcor Flexibles Sélestat, filiale du groupe australien Amcor, est spécialisée dans la production d’emballages flexibles à base d’aluminium à destination des industries pharmaceutique et agroalimentaires. La société compte plus de 400 salariés et réalise un chiffre d’affaires de plus de 160 millions d’euros.

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, nous recherchons un technicien de maintenance H/F posté en 3x8 (5 matins, 4 nuits, 4 après-midis).

Rattaché au Superviseur de la maintenance curative et préventive, vous assurez dans une des équipes postées de 4 techniciens, la maintenance de l'ensemble du parc machines et des utilités afin de garantir la disponibilité des équipements. Vous solutionnez les pannes et dysfonctionnements d’ordre mécanique, électrotechnique, hydraulique et pneumatique. Vous aurez également à maintenir les équipements dans un bon état de fonctionnement et anticiper les risques de dysfonctionnements futurs.

Vous réalisez vos interventions selon les règles de sécurité, hygiène et environnement ainsi que les impératifs de productivité et qualité.

Les principales missions du poste :

Localiser et diagnostiquer l’origine d’une panne
Remédier de manière optimale aux pannes et dysfonctionnements de façon à éviter la récurrence
Exercer les opérations de maintenance préventive et assurer la remise en service de l'installation
Réaliser les changements d'outillages sur machine
Suivre et reporter les interventions
Réaliser des réparations diverses et/ou amélioration en temps masqué

Profil recherché :

Titulaire d’un BAC+2 technique (maintenance industrielle, mécanique, …) minimum

Expérience à minima de 3 ans sur un poste similaire en industrie.

Esprit d'analyse, méthodique, rigueur, organisation, persévérance, conscience professionnelle, esprit d'équipe.

Poste en CDI à pourvoir dès que possible, temps plein.

Statut : non cadreposté en 3x8 (5 matins, 4 nuits, 4 après-midis) + astreintes ponctuelles possibles

Rémunération selon profil (fixe sur 13 mois + participation et intéressement).
