Dans le cadre d’un remplacement d’un départ en retraite, Amcor Flexibles Sélestat recrute : un Chef d’Equipe H/F posté en 3x8

Rattaché au Responsable Production, vous serez en charge d’animer, d’organiser et de coordonner le travail de votre équipe (environ 20 personnes) pour répondre aux besoins de l’activité et atteindre les objectifs fixés en matière de sécurité, qualité, productivité, déchets.

Principales missions du poste :

Organiser et piloter l’exécution de la production
Garantir le respect des procédures de travail et des exigences qualité
Gérer le planning de l’équipe (congés, absences, etc.)
Mener les entretiens individuels (performance, discipline, reprise…)
Accueillir et intégrer les nouveaux arrivants
Organiser et suivre les formations au poste, développer la polyvalence
Animer les réunions d’équipes et les discussions sécurité
Participer à des chantiers d’amélioration continue

Issu d’une formation Bac+3 minimum en gestion de production ou domaine technique, vous justifiez d’une expérience en management d’équipes de production en industrie.

Vous êtes organisé, réactif, vous savez gérer les priorités et, en toutes circonstances, vous adoptez un esprit d’équipe, une bonne communication et un comportement exemplaire.
