Job Overview
Responsible for product development, new raw materials for new products or developing alternative raw materials to reduce costs in order to produce quality products according to customer needs, including analyzing samples from customers or sales department to lead to product development.

 


Principal Accountabilities 
•    Responsible for product development, developing raw materials for new products and developing products to reduce costs for customers. 
•    Coordinate with the client company to provide knowledge, advice and solve various technical problems, including inspecting and observing the client company's production processes in order to find solutions and ways to prevent problems
•    Coordinate with relevant departments within the company, such as the production department and the quality assurance department, to provide advice and guidance on solving problems related to product development.
•    Closely integrated with marketing and sales, and support on development of new applications for existing products
•    Comply with the company's security policy and be responsible for the safety of yourself and others;

 

 

Qualifications/Requirements 
Knowledge and Experience 
•    Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology,  Polymer Science, or related fields
•    Master's degree in Packaging Technology,  Polymer Science, or related fields
•    Familiar with flexible packaging materials, structure, production process, equipment, standards, etc.
•    Familiar with the customer packing machine, potential  quality problems and solutions of flexible packaging; 
•    Preferred 2 years of work experience in the food or packaging industry
•    Proficient in the use of Office software;
•    Good communication skills, project management skills, problem solving skills, logical thinking skills
