Job Overview
To provide customer technical support, ensuring Amcor new products are working well according to customer's requirement on packaging machines at customer's site.
Principal Accountabilities
• Provide technical services to customers.
• Handling customer complaints on new products and providing on-site support
• According to the customer's product, evaluate the feasibility of improving the structure and process to achieve cost optimization
• Closely integrated with marketing and sales, and support on development of new applications for existing products
• Comply with the company's security policy and be responsible for the safety of yourself and others.
Qualifications/Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Master's degree in Packaging Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 8 years of work experience in the food or packaging industry.
• Familiar with flexible packaging materials, structure, production process, equipment, standards, etc.
• Familiar with the customer packing machine, potential quality problems and solutions of flexible packaging;
• Proficient in the use of Office software;
• Good English communication skills, project management skills, problem solving skills, logical thinking skills.
