Job Overview
To lead technical support and maintenance methods team in driving continuous improvement in preventive maintenance (PM), asset reliability, and equipment performance across all Thailand business sites, while ensuring safety, efficiency, and long-term cost optimization.
Principal Accountabilities
• Lead the technical support and methods team to improve maintenance performance in alignment with site operations.
• Ensure the effective application of maintenance strategies to enhance equipment availability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Drive the development and optimization of PM and APM (Autonomous Preventive Maintenance) plans and processes.
• Oversee all PM activities across Thailand BU, ensuring effectiveness, consistency, and compliance.
• Implement, sustain, and continuously improve TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives at all sites.
• Provide technical support for site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Identify, gather, and share maintenance know-how and best practices across sites and functions.
• Ensure the team delivers high-quality maintenance services and reliable equipment to support production.
• Monitor and report key maintenance KPIs, including MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, and equipment uptime.
• Ensure effective asset management to optimize performance, lifecycle value, and maintenance cost.
• Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of PM and improvement projects.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Utilize maintenance management systems (e.g., SAP PM, CMMS) for planning, tracking, and performance analysis.
• Lead team capability building and technical skill development to meet current and future needs.
• Drive and contribute to assigned improvement and transformation projects.
Qualifications/Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• 8+ years of experience in maintenance or engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in preventive maintenance, TPM, and asset reliability improvement.
• Experience in a multi-site or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficient in English communication in both writing and speaking.
• Effective team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
