  • Lead strategic financial planning processes including annual budgets, long-range plans, and quarterly forecasts. 

  • Develop and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports and analysis for five legal entities, particularly for EBIT 

  • Provide leadership and direction to other members of finance team where necessary.  

  • Partner with business units to support performance reviews, scenario modeling, and key decision-making. 

  • Analyze trends, variances, and business drivers to identify risks and opportunities. 

  • Drive initiatives to improve financial processes, systems, and reporting efficiency. 

  • Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to support strategic goals and operational improvements across Thailand and the Philippines. 

  • Support the Finance Director and leadership team with ad-hoc analysis and board-level reporting. 

  • Collaborate with regional and global finance teams to align with Amcor’s overall financial strategy. 

  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance analysis team  

 

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred). 

  • 10+ years of experience in finance or business analysis, with at least 3 years in a strategic finance or FP&A role. 

  • Experience managing financial operations or analysis across multiple legal entities and countries. 

  • Strong financial modeling, planning, and reporting skills. 

  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate into actionable insights. 

  • Excellent communication and business partnering skills, with ability to influence at all levels. 

  • Experience in SAP, Power BI, or other financial systems/tools is an advantage.

Education/Certification: 
 

  • B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration  

  • Advanced degree preferred
