Job Purpose:

To drive organic growth by actively generating new business opportunities in Non-Food Group. The Sales Executive plays a key role in expanding market presence and supporting the company’s revenue goals in the flexible packaging sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales and identify opportunities for organic growth.
  • Actively prospect and generate new business to expand customer base and revenue streams.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored packaging solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing, and presentations that reflect customer value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Operation, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor movements to identify business opportunities.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline status (Sales Force), and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Support commercial strategies set by the Sales Manager and contribute to overall team success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, FMCG, or related industrial sectors.
  • Strong ability to identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven with a proactive and self-starter attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English and Thai (or applicable local language).
