Business Development Supervisor (Non-Food group)

Job Purpose:
To drive organic growth by actively generating new business opportunities in Non-Food Group. The Sales Executive plays a key role in expanding market presence and supporting the company’s revenue goals in the flexible packaging sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow sales and identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Actively prospect and generate new business to expand customer base and revenue streams.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored packaging solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing, and presentations that reflect customer value.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Operation, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor movements to identify business opportunities.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline status (Sales Force), and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
- Support commercial strategies set by the Sales Manager and contribute to overall team success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging, or related field.
- 4–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, FMCG, or related industrial sectors.
- Strong ability to identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a proactive and self-starter attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent in English and Thai (or applicable local language).
