Your Responsibilities

As part of the Food, Beverage & Specialties division, you will:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Design and implement effective sales plans to meet targets and strengthen Amcor’s market presence in Sweden.

  • Drive Growth: Identify new business opportunities across our strategic food product categories.

  • Manage Key Accounts: Build, nurture, and expand long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.

  • Enhance Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted partner, proactively addressing customer needs and ensuring exceptional satisfaction.

  • Analyse Sales Data: Interpret sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with R&D, Product Marketing, Operations, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies.

  • Report Performance: Deliver clear, structured sales reports to senior leadership, outlining progress, challenges, and action plans.

 

What You Will Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the rigid packaging industry.

  • Strong understanding of the food market.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving sustainable growth.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence at all organizational levels.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

  • Native Italian language skills and an advanced level of English.

 

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Knowledge of additional EU languages.

  • Experience in the Italian manufacturing industry or familiarity with the Swedish commercial landscape.

  • Strong data interpretation and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Confident presentation skills and experience delivering sales insights to senior management.
