The Graduate Program is an 18 months development opportunity, which consists of 2 or 3 international rotations in one of our facilities located in Europe.

As an European Graduate, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of a sales function, contributing to plant-based operations while also actively participating in central European projects, including those focused on sustainability and the recycling-ready journey. With the guidance of your Mentor, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills across diverse projects, collaborating with stakeholders from various backgrounds, experiences, and seniority levels. Our program seeks creative and driven individuals who are passionate about learning, embracing challenges, and contributing to a more sustainable future, all while navigating ambiguity and change.
We are looking for a sales rock star!. During the program, you will:
- get well rounded business experience,
- deep dive into beverage industry (sparkling, still …)
- Investigate Beverage market segment and Identify & get in touch with potential customers (prospection)
- work alongside business development team (build strong relationships, craft compelling presentations, close deals),
- support marketing colleagues (leverage sales knowledge to understand customer needs and translate into insights and actions).
What do you need?
It’s a good start to have the following:
- Master’s degree in business administration, business management, international business, management or related fields.
- Up to 2 years of working experience in the sales, customer service, commercial or marketing related positions (might be gained via internships)
- Fluency in English & French is required. Additionally Spanish or Italian as an asset
- Proficiency in Excel and Power Point. Interest in digital tools appreciated
- Willingness to travel and work abroad across Europe
