The Graduate Program is a 15-months development opportunity, which consists of 2 international rotations across Europe: the first will be in our Barcelona office, and the second one in our UK-based plant.
Take on a Challenge!
As a RPSI Graduate, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of a sales function, actively participating in central European projects and collaborating with roughly 15 European plants, including activities like pipeline review, market intelligence, competitive watch and sales growth. With the guidance of your Manager – Vice President of Sales, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills across diverse projects, collaborating with stakeholders from various backgrounds, experiences, and seniority levels. Our program seeks creative and driven individuals who are passionate about learning, embracing analytical challenges, and contributing to a more sustainable future, all while navigating ambiguity and change.
We are looking for an analyst rock star! During the program, you will:
- get well rounded business experience.
- deep dive into Health, Beauty and Wellness business within rigid packaging.
- participate in collaborative projects that directly support our customers' journey by driving the adoption of sustainable and recycle-ready packaging solutions.
- work alongside sales, business development and marketing teams, supporting high impact projects across the region
- spend couple of months in our manufacturing facility, learning the principles of production and packaging plant life.
What do you need?
It’s a good start to have the following:
- Master’s degree in business administration, business management, international business, management, systems and data management or related fields.
- 1 or 2 years of working experience in the commercial, analytical, sales, market insights or related fields (might be gained via internship).
- Fluency in English is required. Any additional European language is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Advanced Excel is a MUST, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Teams)
- Knowledge of Power BI required.
