Sous la responsabilité du Responsable production, le superviseur de production organise la production dans un contexte en évolution tout en veillant à la cohésion des équipes et à l’application des règles de fonctionnement du site. Il est le garant du respect des consignes d’hygiène, de sécurité et d’environnement, ainsi que de la qualité de la production au sein de son atelier, et ce durant son poste.

 

Missions :

  • Assurer la sécurité des équipes dont il a la charge
  • Manager ses équipes selon l’ensemble des bonnes pratiques Amcor (culture de la performance, mesure des résultats, reconnaissance …etc)
  • Est le garant de la bonne exécution du plan de production en respectant les impératifs définis par la supply chain
  • Planifier, communiquer et adapter les effectifs au quotidien
  • Anticiper les besoins de personnel et de formation pour développer la polyvalence et poly-compétence des équipes
  • Communiquer efficacement toute information utile à ses co-équipiers ; travailler en équipe
  • Être garant de la fiabilité et qualité des données des indicateurs de pilotage
  • Fixer les règles et les faire respecter au sein de son atelier (cahiers de consignes, auto-maintenance, respect des horaires/règlement intérieur ..etc)
  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre les améliorations de son secteur (après validation, au besoin, par sa hiérarchie)
  • Assurer un role-model et être exemplaire au quotidien

 

Profil

  • Formation Bac +2/3 en production industrielle, management des unités de production, maintenance ou équivalent.
  • Une formation en management associée à une expérience significative d’environ 10 ans en environnement industriel pourra également être considérée.
  • Expérience de 5 à 7 ans minimum sur un poste similaire, idéalement en milieu industriel.
  • Solides compétences en leadership et en management d’équipe.
  • Forte capacité d’anticipation, d’organisation et de priorisation des activités
  • Réactivité, adaptabilité et capacité à gérer les imprévus.
  • Goût pour le travail en équipe
  • Maîtrise des outils de résolution de problèmes
  • Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, notamment Excel.
  • L'anglais courant est un plus

Under the responsibility of the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor organizes production in a constantly evolving environment while ensuring team cohesion and the proper application of the site’s operating rules. They are responsible for ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and environmental procedures, as well as the quality of production within their workshop during their shift.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety of the teams under their supervision
  • Manage teams according to Amcor best practices (performance culture, results measurement, recognition, etc.
  • Ensure the proper execution of the production plan while respecting the requirements defined by the supply chain
  • Plan, communicate, and adjust staffing levels on a daily basis
  • Anticipate staffing and training needs in order to develop team versatility and multi-skilling
  • Communicate effectively all relevant information to teammates; work collaboratively
  • Ensure the reliability and quality of data used in performance indicators
  • Establish and enforce rules within the workshop (instruction logs, autonomous maintenance, compliance with schedules/internal regulations, etc.)
  • Propose and implement improvements within their area (after validation by management if necessary)
  • Act as a role model and demonstrate exemplary behavior on a daily basis

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac +2/3) in industrial production, production unit management, maintenance, or equivalent
  • Management training combined with significant industrial experience (around 10 years) may also be considered
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strong ability to anticipate, organize, and prioritize activities
  • Responsiveness, adaptability, and ability to manage unexpected situations
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in problem-solving tools
  • Good command of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Fluent English is a plus
