Position: Training & Development Specialist

Job Overview:

Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating training, organizational development, and engagement programs, ensuring alignment with the company’s culture and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify training and development needs through job analysis, performance evaluations, and consultation with managers;
  • Design, implement, and evaluate technical, behavioral, and leadership development programs;
  • Develop training materials and content for both in-person and online learning formats;
  • Deliver technical and behavioral training sessions;
  • Support the onboarding process through structured programs for new employees;
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to implement development plans and career paths;
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including engagement surveys, action plans, internal events, and communication campaigns;
  • Monitor and report training effectiveness and engagement KPIs, recommending continuous improvement actions;
  • Manage training vendors and learning platforms (LMS);
  • Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all organizational levels;
  • Identify and adapt best practices in training and development from other Amcor regions to fit the context of Amcor Flexibles Brazil;
  • Stay up to date with market trends and suggest innovations in learning methodologies.

  • Ensure that development programs are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives, translating organizational goals into expected competencies and behaviors;
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation;
  • Support cultural transformation during periods of change (e.g., mergers, restructurings, digitalization).

  • Strong organization, priority management, and collaborative mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Training & Development, preferably in an industrial environment;
  • Experience with employee engagement programs;
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) – Smartleader is a plus;
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Advanced English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.

Education & Certification:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
