Position: Training & Development Specialist
Job Overview:
Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating training, organizational development, and engagement programs, ensuring alignment with the company’s culture and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training and development needs through job analysis, performance evaluations, and consultation with managers;
- Design, implement, and evaluate technical, behavioral, and leadership development programs;
- Develop training materials and content for both in-person and online learning formats;
- Deliver technical and behavioral training sessions;
- Support the onboarding process through structured programs for new employees;
- Partner with HR and business leaders to implement development plans and career paths;
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including engagement surveys, action plans, internal events, and communication campaigns;
- Monitor and report training effectiveness and engagement KPIs, recommending continuous improvement actions;
- Manage training vendors and learning platforms (LMS);
- Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all organizational levels;
- Identify and adapt best practices in training and development from other Amcor regions to fit the context of Amcor Flexibles Brazil;
- Stay up to date with market trends and suggest innovations in learning methodologies.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Training & Development, preferably in an industrial environment;
- Experience with employee engagement programs;
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) – Smartleader is a plus;
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Advanced English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
Education & Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
