Job Overview:
We are hiring a Procurement Category Manager to lead sourcing strategies for key indirect spend categories across Latin America.

This role will drive supplier optimization, contract excellence, regional synergies and measurable cost savings while partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Category Strategy & Sourcing
• Develop and execute category strategies across LATAM
• Lead sourcing projects, negotiations and supplier selection
• Identify synergies, savings and efficiency opportunities
• Use market insights to ensure supplier competitiveness

Contract & Supplier Management
• Negotiate strong commercial agreements with clear KPIs and SLAs
• Manage supplier performance and continuous improvement
• Mitigate commercial and operational risks

Stakeholder Management
• Partner with key business leaders across the region
• Align regional needs with global procurement strategies
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and execution

Digital & Continuous Improvement
• Use analytics, digital tools and AI to improve procurement outcomes
• Challenge current models and identify smarter ways of working

Skills & Competencies:

Experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of procurement experience, ideally in indirect spend
• Strong sourcing, negotiation and supplier management background
• Experience in regional or multinational environments

Leadership & Behaviors
• Strategic mindset with strong ownership
• Influencing and stakeholder management skills
• High energy, resilience and adaptability
• Ability to manage complexity in a fast-paced environment

Languages
• Fluent English and Spanish required

Travel
• 20–30% travel across LATAM
