Job Overview

Lead the deployment and adoption of manufacturing capabilities across LATAM, ensuring operational excellence, best practices, and performance improvements are consistently embedded across the manufacturing network. This role partners with operations leaders to strengthen organizational capabilities, drive continuous improvement, and accelerate operational results.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy and sustain manufacturing systems, standards, and best practices across LATAM.
Drive capability development, organizational learning, and role standardization.
Lead Manufacturing Cells, technical communities, and specialist networks.
Manage manufacturing KPI governance, operational reviews, and performance dashboards.
Identify and accelerate replication of successful operational improvements across sites.
Partner with Operations, Quality, Reliability, Continuous Improvement, and Analytics teams to drive business performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Manufacturing, Operations Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Capability Building roles.
Experience supporting multi-site or regional manufacturing environments.
Strong background in operational performance management and process improvement.

Education & Certification

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or related certifications are highly desirable.
