Job Overview:

The Learning & Organizational Development Manager – Brazil will lead talent development, succession planning, learning, and organizational development initiatives across the business. This role is critical to strengthening the talent pipeline, improving retention strategies, and developing programs for key positions within the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in manufacturing environments, combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, strong ownership, and the ability to build credibility and influence across all levels of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead succession planning and talent review processes for critical positions.
  • Develop and implement talent development and retention initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • Design leadership development programs and learning strategies across the organization.
  • Manage and strengthen LMS initiatives, increasing employee engagement and training participation.
  • Partner with leaders and HR teams to identify capability gaps and development priorities.
  • Support training initiatives for manufacturing populations and operational teams.
  • Monitor learning and development metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Support internship, trainee, and early career development programs.
  • Promote a strong learning culture and continuous development mindset.

  • Increase engagement in learning initiatives and LMS platforms.
  • Influence stakeholders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Balance strategic initiatives with operational execution.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in Talent Development, Succession Planning, and Talent Retention.
  • Experience designing leadership and development programs for key talent populations.
  • Solid background in Learning & Development within manufacturing environments.
  • Strong LMS management and employee engagement experience.
  • High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnership skills.
  • Credibility, collaboration, and strong teamwork mindset.
  • Hands-on profile with strong execution and communication skills.
  • Experience creating internship or trainee programs is a plus.
  • Advanced/Fluent English required. Spanish is a strong plus.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or related HR areas.
  • Manufacturing or industrial experience is required.
  • Experience leading strategic talent and learning initiatives.
  • Strong project and change management skills.

Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate studies or certifications in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related areas are a plus.
