Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung der Anlagen sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung und systematische Schwachstellen- behebung im Rahmen der Anlagenverantwortung
  • Bedienung modernster Verpackungsanlagen unter Einhaltung aller Qualitäts- und Sicherheits- anforderungen
  • Fachgerechte Durchführung und Protokollierung der In-Prozess-Kontrollen
  • Einhaltung von GMP-, Sicherheits-, Unfall- und Hygienevorschriften
  • Sicherstellen der Kriterien Sicherheit, Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team sowie der Abteilung Instandhaltung und der gesamten Produktionskette
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung von bis zu 30 Mitarbeitenden im Schichtbetrieb
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung aller Sicherheits- und Qualitätsanforderungen

 

Ihr Profil

  • Grundausbildung im technischen Bereich (idealerweise als Drucker oder Lackierer) mit abgeschlossener Weiterbildung auf Niveau HF oder FH
  • Mehrjährige Berufspraxis mit vergleichbaren Aufgaben sowie wertschätzender Führungsverantwortung
  • Affinität zu Alu- und Massenproduktion
  • Selbstständige, prozessorientierte und flexible Arbeitsweise
  • Offener und kommunikationsgewandter Machertyp mit einer ausgeprägten Problemlösungsfähigkeit
