Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Planung und Umsetzung von CAPEX-Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Produktionsanlagen
  • Erstellung von Machbarkeitsstudien, Business Cases und Investitionsanträgen
  • Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie Koordination externer Partner
  • Sicherstellung von Terminen, Kosten, Qualität sowie HSE- und regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Koordination und Begleitung des Genehmigungsprozesses mit dem Headquarter

 

Ihr Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss oder HF in Engineering, Chemie, Projektmanagement oder ähnliches
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von technischen Investitionsprojekten im industriellen Umfeld
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Umsetzung komplexer Projekte mit mehreren Anspruchsgruppen
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
