Amcor Flexibles Rorschach AG ist ein Unternehmen der Amcor Limited, einer der weltgrössten Lieferanten für verantwortungsvolle Verpackungslösungen. Mit rund 300 Mitarbeitenden veredeln wir Aluminiumfolien und andere Materialien zu rezyklierbaren Packstoffen. Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir einen Instandhaltungsplaner (m/w/d) zur Ergänzung unseres Teams in der Abteilung Engineering & Instandhaltung.

 

 

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie planen, steuern und koordinieren geplante Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsaktivitäten.
  • Sie pflegen und optimieren Anlagen- und Instandhaltungsstammdaten sowie Wartungspläne und -aufträge in SAP PM und stellen die Qualität der relevanten Systemdaten sicher.
  • Sie erstellen Auswertungen und Monatsreports, analysieren Instandhaltungskosten und unterstützen bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Instandhaltungsstrategie und -prozesse.
  • Sie koordinieren Material- und Ersatzteilbedarfe, unterstützen bei der Beschaffung und überwachen Liefertermine sowie die zugehörige Dokumentation.
  • Sie begleiten technische Instandhaltungs- und Optimierungsprojekte.
  • Sie wirken bei internen und externen Audits mit und übernehmen die Stellvertretung im lokalen Einkauf von Ersatzteilen.
  • Sie agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Engineering, Instandhaltung, Einkauf und externen Lieferanten und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss.

 

 

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung, Instandhaltungsplanung oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung (z. B. Instandhaltungs-fachmann/-frau, Maschinenbautechniker/in HF)
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit SAP PM; Kenntnisse in SAP MMI sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung in der Planung und Koordination von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsaktivitäten
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an Daten, Prozessen und deren kontinuierlicher Optimierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
