Amcor Flexibles Rorschach AG, Goldach ist Teil der Amcor Limited, einem weltweit führenden Anbieter von verantwortungsvollen Verpackungslösungen. Mit rund 300 Mitarbeitenden sind wir spezialisiert auf die Veredelung von Aluminiumfolien und anderen Materialien zu rezyklierbaren Packstoffen. Für unser dynamisches HR-Team suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Führung der Lohnbuchhaltung, inklusive Vor- und Nachbearbeitung von Sozialversicherungen, Quellensteuer, Betreibungen sowie Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Sie beraten Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende zu sämtlichen Themen der Sozialversicherung
  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung des gesamten Personalmanagements von Eintritt bis Austritt
  • Verwaltung des Unfall-, Kranken- und Absenzenmanagements
  • Verwaltung der Zeitwirtschaft und Erstellung von Statistiken sowie Reports
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des Personalbudgets
  • Betreuung der HR-Systeme (Abacus, UKA Solutions, Workforce, Employee Central)
  • Mitarbeit an spannenden HR-Projekten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung und Weiterbildung im HR-Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personaladministration sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der Lohnbuchhaltung (Abacus)
  • Prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise, mit der Fähigkeit, Arbeitsabläufe effizient zu gestalten und kontinuierlich zu optimieren
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel
  • Erfahrung und sicherer Umgang mit HR-Systemen (UKA, SuccessFactors, Workforce)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie sind eine strukturierte, teamorientierte und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die selbstständig, genau und verantwortungsbewusst arbeitet
