Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Sparringpartner für unsere Führungskräfte und Beratung dieser in anspruchsvollen Führungssituationen, Konflikten und führungsrelevanten Themen
  • Betreuung eigener Geschäftsbereiche und Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeitenden im gesamten HR Life-Cycle um ein produktives, wertschätzendes Arbeitsumfeld zu fördern
  • Leitung von HR-Projekten und aktive Optimierung von neuen und bestehenden HR-Prozessen wie HR Digitalisierung, Performance Management, Talent Management, Rekrutierungen
  • Erstellung und Analyse von HR relevanten Statistiken, Reports und Präsentationen
  • Begleitung von Change Prozessen und Transformationen für ein zukunftsorientiertes Industrieunternehmen

 

Ihr Profil

  • Höhere Weiterbildung im Bereich Personal oder Betriebswirtschaft (HR-Fachausweis oder Bachelor-/Master-Studium)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem industriellen Produktionsunternehmen
  • Vertiefte Fachkenntnisse und Erfahrungen in arbeits- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Themen
  • Projekt- und Change-Management-Erfahrung
  • Organisations- und IT-Flair
  • Hohes Engagement und hoher Qualitätsanspruch
  • Selbständige, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamplayer mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
