Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir einen Environmental Specialist (m/w/d) für unsere Abteilung EHS - Environment, Health and Safety.

 

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Umwelt-, Chemikalien- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Ansprechpartner für Umweltbehörden
  • Leitung von und Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Verbesserung des Umwelt- und Arbeitsschutzes
  • Umsetzung der Umweltanforderungen von Behörden und der Konzernzentrale
  • Überwachung gesetzlicher Anforderungen und Ableitung von Massnahmen
  • Unterstützung und Durchführung von Audits sowie Pflege und des Umweltmanagementsystems (z. B. ISO 14001)
  • Erstellung von Umweltkennzahlen, Berichten und Beiträgen für Audits und Managementreviews
  • Unterstützung des Standorts bei umweltrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Durchführung von internen Schulungen und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeitenden

 

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Umwelt, Technik, Chemie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) in einem industriellen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Umweltrecht
  • Know-how in Bereichen wie Abfall-, Emissions-, Energie- und Ressourcenmanagement sowie Gefahrstoffe/Chemikalien, Strahlenschutz und Dekarbonisierung
  • Erfahrung mit Umweltmanagementsystemen sowie im Umgang mit Behörden
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie die Fähigkeit zwischen regulatorischen Anforderungen und operativen Bedürfnissen zu vermitteln
  • Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache
