Amcor Flexibles Rorschach AG, Goldach ist ein Unternehmen der Amcor Limited, einem der weltgrössten Lieferanten für verantwortungsvolle Verpackungslösungen. Mit rund 300 Mitarbeitenden veredeln wir Aluminiumfolien und andere Materialien zu rezyklierbaren Packstoffen. Nach Vereinbarung suchen wir einen Automatiker (m/w/d), welcher spannende Automatisierungsprojekte leitet und sein Können unmittelbar an unseren modernen Produktionsanlagen miteinbringt.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs unserer hochautomatisierten Produktionsanlagen
Analyse, Behebung und Dokumentation von Störungen im elektrischen Bereich
Wartung und Instandhaltung von Maschinen, Anlagen und Peripheriegeräten
Programmierung, Optimierung und Integration von SPS-Steuerungen (Siemens S7, TIA Portal)
Elektrische Installationen, Inbetriebnahmen und Durchführung von Funktionstests
Leitung und Mitarbeit bei Automatisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten
Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie Schulungsunterlagen

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium HF/FH in Systemtechnik, Elektrotechnik oder Automation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Unterhalt oder in der Inbetriebnahme von Produktionsanlagen
Fundierte Kenntnisse in SPS-Technik (Siemens S7, TIA), Regelungs-, Sicherheits- und Steuerungstechnik, Frequenzumrichtern und Netzwerktechnik
Grundkenntnisse in Hydraulik und Pneumatik sind ein Plus
Analytisch, qualitätsbewusst – und Spaß daran Lösungen zu finden
Begeisterung für komplexe Systeme und Prozesse
Teamfähig, zuverlässig, belastbar – und gerne mit Eigeninitiative unterwegs
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
