The Graduate Program is a 15-months development opportunity, which consists of 2 -3 international rotations across Europe: the first will be in our Barcelona office, followed by assignments in another European facilities.

As a RPSI Graduate, you will gain an exposure to the product management team, actively participating in European projects and collaborating with several European plants and offices, including activities like product knowledge, building network across sales, marketing and operations teams, analytics and project management. With the guidance of your Manager – Product Line Direcor Wellness & Beauty, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills across projects, collaborating with stakeholders from various backgrounds, experiences, and seniority levels. Our program seeks creative and driven individuals who are passionate about learning, embracing challenges, expanding network and contributing to a more sustainable future, all while navigating ambiguity and change.
We are looking for a Product Line Project Manager graduate. During the program, you will:
- get well rounded business experience.
- deep dive into Beauty and Wellness business within rigid packaging.
- Manage the project of creating one sample room in continental Europe, from initial design to implementation, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs.
- Gain hands-on exposure by visiting plants (including the ones in Spain, France, UK) to learn from existing best practices across the organization, and based on gained learnings, build a project plan of creating the main sample centre. Project plan should include logistics, capacity constraints, resources needed and stakeholders involved.
- Engage in real projects from day one, applying analytical and project management skills in a dynamic, international environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, logistics, sales and product management teams to ensure successful delivery of sample room initiatives and potentially support other strategic projects.
What do you need?
It’s a good start to have the following:
- Master’s degree in business administration, business management, international business, management, systems and data management or related fields
- 1 or 2 years of working experience within project management, analytical or marketing fields, ideally in manufacturing / FMCG industry – can be gained via internship
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of French as an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Teams)
- Knowledge of Power BI desirable
