Objetivo da posição

 

  • Aprendizagem em atividades de apoio na área de Manutenção.

 

Principais Responsabilidades


• Auxiliar em projetos, apoiando o time de engenharia (Exemplo: programação e implementação de sistema SCADA)
• Apoiar a contagem, o fechamento e o lançamento das ordens ZAPM (manutenções preventivas).
• Apoiar a contagem e o fechamento das ordens ZALT (AMS – anomalias).
• Auxiliar no lançamento das ordens ZABD (manutenções corretivas).
• Consultar manuais técnicos e interpretar informações para apoiar a gestão de spare parts e a separação de materiais para as atividades de manutenção.
• Pesquisar em sites de fabricantes para identificação de part numbers de componentes e equipamentos.
• Apoiar o apontamento e controle do consumo de água de processo por meio de planilhas em Excel.
• Auxiliar no recebimento e no acompanhamento de prestadores de serviço durante visitas técnicas na fábrica.
• Apoiar no acompanhamento de atividades de manutenção com riscos programados, como trabalho em altura, espaço confinado, entre outros.
• Organizar e arquivar documentos da área, como ordens de serviço, laudos e relatórios técnicos.
• Contribuir para a manutenção do 5S e da organização do setor de manutenção.
• Auxiliar no preenchimento e atualização de arquivos e indicadores de manutenção (KPIs).
• Apoiar na atualização do quadro de gestão à vista da manutenção.
• Auxiliar no recolhimento de documentos na produção, como etiquetas AMS, PM Card e checklists de preventiva.
• Elaborar e atualizar planilhas de controle para diferentes demandas solicitadas pelo planejador de manutenção.
• Atender rotineiramente demandas via Teams, e-mail e outros canais internos.
• Apoiar outras áreas em atividades pontuais, como SIPATMA, Semana da Qualidade, Cascade, entre outras iniciativas.
