1.OBJETIVO DA POSIÇÃO

Auxiliar o setor de Logistica, Expedição e Recebimento nas rotinas administrativas. 

 

2.PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES 

  • Analisar contadores, validar entrega de frascos diariamente com o cliente, emitir nota fiscal, lançar arquivo xml e enviar notas na portaria do cliente.
  • Auxiliar na realização do inventário cíclico e anual;
  • Auxiliar na organização e limpeza do ambiente de trabalho conforme padrões da ferramenta de 5’s; 
  • Auxiliar na organização de estoques de almoxarifado; 
  • Conferir pedidos e lançamentos efetuados bem como os saldos e estoques apresentados;
  • Lançar notas fiscais de recebimento de preformas, insumos e almoxarifado;
  • Controle e ajuste de sistemas (YPP, BD87, COGI, MB5T, SAP OF SYNC);
  • Lançamento de folha de serviços – fornecedores logistica;
  • Abertura de ordens de produção;
  • Cumprir e zelar pelas rotinas e procedimentos das áreas impactadas;
  • Assegurar a inocuidade do produto, através dos métodos de BPF (Boas Práticas de Fabricação) implantados na empresa;
  • Comunicar qualquer ocorrência que possa ter impacto na segurança do produto ou que afete o sistema de gestão da qualidade.

 

3.CONHECIMENTO, HABILIDADES E EXPERIÊNCIA REQUERIDA

  • Escolaridade:  Cursando superior; 

  • Especialidade: Administração ou Logística ou administração de materiais.
