1. Safety

Comply with Occupational Health and Safety Regulations to achieve a target of Zero Incidents.

Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times in accordance with 5S principles.
2. Quality

Adhere to work standards and implement the Daily Management System (DMS) to achieve a target of 200 minutes Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
3. Job Responsibilities
-
Analyze maintenance needs by reviewing historical machine breakdown data and maintenance task lists.

Develop maintenance action plans tailored to machine characteristics to ensure maintenance activities are effective in preventing breakdowns (BD) that result in Unplanned Stops (UPS).

Create maintenance schedules based on actual needs, repair history, and pending repairs.

Analyze machine breakdowns (BDE) using IPS tools to implement corrective actions that prevent recurring failures.

Summarize and present loss time calculations resulting from breakdowns (BD) leading to Unplanned Stops (UPS) during DDS (Daily Direction Setting) meetings.

Coordinate with relevant departments to execute follow-up actions on Unplanned Stops (UPS) caused by equipment defects (Defect Handling).

Create PM-Cards (Progressive Maintenance) for each breakdown or issue to identify root causes of machine failures and develop preventive actions to avoid similar future incidents.

Conduct Health Checks on technical operators to ensure their knowledge, competence, and procedures comply with applicable standards and regulations.

Periodically review the maintenance schedule (MP&S) to improve machine effectiveness and efficiency.

Provide training and technical skill development to Equipment Owners (Machine Operators) to enable them to perform basic troubleshooting and handle operational issues on machinery.
4. Specification
-
Minimum in Diploma majoring at Electrical/Mechanical Engineer

Having good understanding in IWS (Integrated Working System)
-
Having 4 years experiences in supervisory level

Having experience in Printing Industry (Rotogravure & Offset) is an adventage
