OBJETIVO DA POSIÇÃO

Atuar como facilitador e treinador dos sistemas AMS (Amcor Manufacturing System), garantindo a capacitação contínua da equipe operacional e liderança nas unidades da Amcor. Apoiar as plantas nas iniciativas de Melhoria Contínua, atuando como braço técnico em projetos OPEX (ganhos operacionais) e CAPEX (investimentos), contribuindo com a cultura de excelência operacional e eliminação de desperdícios.

 

 

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Apoiar o desenvolvimento da estratégia regional da América Latina, implementar a estratégia de melhoria contínua no Brasil, com base nas orientações do Gerente de Melhoria Contínua.
  • Facilitar treinamentos e workshops práticos relacionados aos 6 sistemas do AMS: Segurança, Qualidade, Eliminação de Anomalias, Confiabilidade, Center Lines e Moral/Engajamento.
  • Acompanhar e sustentar a execução do AMS na planta, garantindo a aderência às práticas e padrões definidos.
  • Apoiar tecnicamente os times locais na condução de projetos OPEX e CAPEX (CEAVs), desde a identificação até a validação dos resultados (soft e hard savings).
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nas unidades operacionais, com base em dados, análise de indicadores e observações no Gemba (chão de fábrica).
  • Atuar como multiplicador interno, promovendo a cultura de Melhoria Contínua em todos os níveis hierárquicos.
  • Dar suporte na elaboração e gestão do Roadmap de Maturidade (5 níveis) de cada sistema nas plantas.
  • Gerar e acompanhar indicadores, traduzindo dados operacionais em relatórios visuais, dashboards e apresentações executivas.
  • Participar de comunidades de prática regionais e contribuir com o alinhamento das melhores práticas entre as unidades. 

 

CONHECIMENTO, HABILIDADES E EXPERIÊNCIA REQUERIDA

  • Superior Completo
  • Áreas: Engenharia, Administração de Empresas ou áreas correlatas.
  • Domínio das ferramentas de melhoria contínua: PDCA, Kaizen, A3, 5S, 5 Porquês, Ishikawa, SMED, entre outras.
  • Conhecimento de metodologias de gestão de projetos (OPEX/CAPEX).
  • Pacote Office (Excel, PowerPoint e Word) avançado.
  • Desejável conhecimento em SAP e Power BI.
