OBJETIVO DA POSIÇÃO

Responsável por garantir o fluxo eficiente de materiais e o controle dos processos logísticos, realizando a emissão e o acompanhamento de solicitações de frete para fornecedores FOB, o planejamento de entregas, a emissão de requisições de compra e a gestão de recebimentos. Atua no controle de estoques e na movimentação de materiais, executando registros de entradas, transferências e ajustes sistêmicos, além da realização de inventários cíclicos e anuais. Também é responsável pelo recebimento, conferência, armazenamento e acompanhamento de pedidos, assegurando a disponibilidade dos materiais, a acuracidade dos estoques e o suporte às operações da cadeia de suprimentos (Supply Chain).

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

Controlar estoques por meio de inventários e contagens cíclicas, garantindo a acuracidade das informações.
Executar atividades de recebimento, armazenagem, atendimento à produção e expedição de materiais.
Realizar controles sistêmicos, emissão de requisições, acompanhamento de pedidos e cadastros.
Apoiar processos de faturamento, movimentação de materiais e gestão documental. Manter a organização do almoxarifado, seguindo os padrões de 5S, segurança e utilização de EPIs.

Ensino Médio Completo
Pacote Office avançado.
