Wir suchen ab sofort eine Sicherheitsfachkraft (m/w/d) für das Werk Neumünster.

 

Aufgaben

  • Beratung und Unterstützung des Unternehmens in allen Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit und Unfallverhütung in enger Absprache mit dem Mutterkonzern
  • Durchführung von Sicherheitsbegehungen und Gefährdungsbeurteilungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Sicherheitsdokumentationen
  • Schulung und Unterweisung von Mitarbeitenden zu sicherheitsrelevanten Themen
  • Dokumentation und Analyse von Arbeitsunfällen sowie Ableitung von Präventionsmaßnahmen
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Maßnahmen zur Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften
  • Schulung von Mitarbeitenden im vorbeugenden Brandschutz

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Sicherheitsfachkraft (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit gemäß § 5 ASiG) oder die Bereitschaft diese Ausbildung nachzuholen
  • Zusatzqualifikation als Brandschutzbeauftragter (z. B. nach vfdb-Richtlinie oder DGUV) wünschenswert
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Brandschutz wünschenswert
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten gesetzlichen Vorschriften (ArbSchG, ASiG, DGUV, Bauordnung etc.)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängiger Sicherheitssoftware
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung sowie regelmäßigen Dienstreisen
