Sobre a posição

Como Analista de Comércio Exterior I, você será responsável por garantir a fluidez dos processos de importação e exportação, desde a origem até a entrega final, assegurando conformidade legal, eficiência operacional e alinhamento entre diferentes stakeholders.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Gerenciar processos completos de importação e exportação (end-to-end)
  • Emitir e conferir documentos como DI, LI, DU-E, Invoice e Packing List
  • Realizar cotações e contratação de fretes internacionais (aéreo, marítimo e rodoviário)
  • Acompanhar embarques e realizar follow-up com agentes de carga e parceiros
  • Garantir conformidade com legislação aduaneira e classificação fiscal (NCM)
  • Atuar no desembaraço aduaneiro e nacionalização de cargas
  • Controlar custos de processos e realizar encerramento financeiro no sistema
  • Interagir com áreas internas (Fiscal, Tesouraria, PCP, Contabilidade) e stakeholders externos

  • Gerenciar múltiplos processos simultaneamente com precisão e prazos críticos
  • Assegurar conformidade com legislação e exigências regulatórias
  • Otimizar custos logísticos sem comprometer prazos e qualidade
  • Atuar de forma integrada com diferentes áreas e parceiros externos

Requisitos

  • Desejavel experiência em Comércio Exterior (3 a 5 anos)
  • Vivência em processos completos de importação e exportação
  • Conhecimento em classificação fiscal, regimes aduaneiros e Incoterms
  • Experiência com desembaraço e logística internacional
  • Inglês intermediário a avançado
  • Conhecimento em SAP será um diferencial
