Objetivo da Posição

Desenvolver competências técnicas e organizacionais relacionadas à gestão de manutenção, proporcionando suporte ao time na execução de atividades operacionais e administrativas. Ao longo do programa, o aprendiz será capacitado para planejar, organizar, e monitorar atividades de manutenção preventiva, além de contribuir para a melhoria contínua do setor, por meio da criação de indicadores, ferramentas e processos que otimizem a gestão de recursos e custos. Este desenvolvimento culminará em maior autonomia para apoiar na análise e planejamento estratégico das demandas de manutenção, garantindo alinhamento com os objetivos do setor e da organização.

Principais Responsabilidades

Realizar manutenção em componentes, equipamentos e máquinas industriais;
Planejar atividades de manutenção;
Avaliar condições de funcionamento e desempenho de componentes de máquinas e
equipamentos;
Lubrificar máquinas, componentes e ferramentas.
Imprimir plano de preventiva
Encerrar ordens de manutenção em sistema com a aplicação das peças que foram utilizadas;
Suportar time na organização da Manutenção (5s) e monitorar atividades de acordo com as fichas de preventivas com relação ao tempo de execução e qualidade;
Criação de requisições de compras conforme lhe for solicitado;
Preencher planilha de controle de custos de Requisições de Materiais diariamente no sistema;

Conhecimentos e Habilidades

• Escolaridade: Ensino Médio ou Técnico ou Superior cursando em áreas relacionadas à manutenção;

• Conhecimento em informática.
