OBJETIVO DA POSIÇÃO:

Dar suporte às atividades logísticas e administrativas da área, com foco na atualização de dados, elaboração de relatórios, cadastros no SAP e acompanhamento de entregas, contribuindo com ideias e senso crítico para a melhoria dos processos.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

Auxiliar na coleta, consolidação e inserção de dados em relatórios operacionais, garantindo a atualização e precisão das informações apresentadas.
Contribuir com sugestões e ideias para melhoria contínua dos processos logísticos da área;
Dar suporte nas atividades administrativas da área, incluindo cadastros, controle de documentos e organização de informações;
Participar de reuniões da área, contribuindo com comunicação efetiva e senso crítico
Desenvolver relatórios personalizados a partir de dados extraídos do SAP.
Apoiar o monitoramento de entregas e movimentações logísticas, acompanhando status de transporte, atualizando sistemas e comunicando ocorrências ou desvios.
Realizar o cadastro e a manutenção de zonas de transporte no sistema SAP
Cadastrar e atualizar itinerários logísticos no sistema SAP, definindo rotas conforme os fluxos operacionais.

CONHECIMENTO, HABILIDADES E EXPERIÊNCIA REQUERIDA

Cursando Curso Superior em áreas: Administração, Engenharias, Logística, Tecnologia da Informação, Estatística.
Desejável: Conhecimento intermediário em Excel.
Será um diferencial conhecimento em Power BI e SQL.
Perfil com Boa Comunicação, Proatividade, Criatividade e Senso Crítico.
