Your responsibilities:

• Developing, implementing, and improving quality systems in line with the requirements of the food and pharmaceutical sectors (BRC Packaging, AIB, GMP, ISO 15378).

• Integrating standards with the current Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSC, ISCC+, HACCP).

• Coordinating audits and certification processes.

• Approving and issuing quality documentation and audit reports.

• Organizing and conducting training in the areas of quality, food safety, and GMP.

• Managing and updating system documentation.

• Participating in certification processes and representing the site during audits.

• Monitoring quality indicators, corrective actions, and reporting results.

 

Our requirements:

• A university degree in a technical, chemical, or life sciences field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management within regulated industries (food, pharmaceutical, or packaging).

• Fluent English – both spoken and written.

• Practical knowledge of quality standards and audit processes.

• Ability to independently manage projects and drive change.

• Good organizational skills, stress resilience, and strong communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, MII, and document management systems.

• Experience in implementing new standards will be an additional advantage.
