About the Role

As a Product Development  Specialist, you’ll lead the development and industrialization of new packaging solutions, driving sustainability, quality, and cost optimization. You’ll manage technical and commercial aspects of projects, ensuring smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product development projects from concept to production.
  • Gather and verify technical requirements for new customer portfolios.
  • Collaborate with production, customer service, planning, marketing, and sales teams across Amcor group plants.
  • Introduce innovative solutions and optimize processes using automation tools.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and suppliers, building strong relationships.
  • Prepare documentation, ERP data, and support technical trials.

What We’re Looking For

  • Technical/engineering degree and project management training.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in product development or project management.\
  • Experience in collaboration with suppliers, technical development specialists from customers and marketing departments
  • Knowledge of packaging and printing technologies (Gravure, Offset, Flexo).
  • Fluent English and communicative Polish.
  • Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
