We're Hiring: Head of Controlling

Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a leadership role in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a Head of Controlling to join our Financial Team, reporting directly to the CFO.

As a key strategic partner, this role is supporting CFO, actively involved in business decisions and collaborating closely with the General Manager and Management Team.

Your Impact

Ensure full transparency in financial and management reporting
Provide insights on financial results and lead profitability reviews
Drive forecasting and budgeting processes
Maintain a strong control environment to meet audit requirements
Actively contribute to achieving business goals

What We’re Looking For

Strong financial expertise with a holistic business perspective
Ability to translate numbers into actionable insights
Proven experience in leadership and team development
Effective collaboration with management
Accurate, analytical, and innovative mindset
Ambitious, flexible attitude with a result-driven approach
University education (preferably in business, accounting, or mathematics)
Chartered Accountancy Qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CFA, etc.)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an equivalent function, preferably in a production environment
Fluent in Polish and English, both in spoken and written form
Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and Polish GAAP
Experience with ERP systems and Analytical BI systems
