We're Hiring: Head of Controlling

Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a leadership role in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a Head of Controlling to join our Financial Team, reporting directly to the CFO.

As a key strategic partner, this role is supporting CFO, actively involved in business decisions and collaborating closely with the General Manager and Management Team.

Your Impact

  • Ensure full transparency in financial and management reporting
  • Provide insights on financial results and lead profitability reviews
  • Drive forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Maintain a strong control environment to meet audit requirements
  • Actively contribute to achieving business goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong financial expertise with a holistic business perspective
  • Ability to translate numbers into actionable insights
  • Proven experience in leadership and team development
  • Effective collaboration with management
  • Accurate, analytical, and innovative mindset
  • Ambitious, flexible attitude with a result-driven approach
  • University education (preferably in business, accounting, or mathematics)
  • Chartered Accountancy Qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CFA, etc.)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an equivalent function, preferably in a production environment
  • Fluent in Polish and English, both in spoken and written form
  • Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and Polish GAAP
  • Experience with ERP systems and Analytical BI systems
