1. Role Purpose
Ensure that Amcor’s Lima operations have the capabilities, talent, and work environment required to deliver sustainable business results.
This role acts as a strategic HR Business Partner, integrating talent management, labor relations, culture, compliance, and operational efficiency to guarantee:

2. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partner
-
Translate business priorities into comprehensive people plans, advising leaders and ensuring disciplined execution.

Integrate HR metrics and insights to anticipate risks, support decision-making, and optimize outcomes (staffing, productivity, turnover, labor cost).
Labor Relations & Collective Bargaining

Design and lead collective bargaining strategies and CCT renewal processes, ensuring financial sustainability, labor discipline, and operational continuity.

Represent Amcor before regulatory entities (SUNAFIL, MINTRA, EsSalud), ensuring full legal compliance and mitigating reputational and operational risks.
Talent, Culture & Capability Development

Implement the talent strategy for Lima operations and lead succession planning for each management area.

Deploy culture and engagement programs, ensuring alignment to the Amcor Leadership Framework, action plan execution, and periodic engagement measurement.
HR Operations & Process Efficiency

Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and labor cost optimization.

Monitor and manage key KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, productivity, headcount, overtime), driving actions to improve performance and reduce operational turnover.

Lead wellbeing and employee experience initiatives aligned with operational needs.
Safety, Compliance & Corporate Standards

Ensure adherence to Internal Labor Regulations, SSOMA requirements, corporate safety standards, and global Amcor practices.

Guarantee compliance with BRCGS Packaging, GMP, and HARA to support certifications and audits.

Act as an active member of the Crisis Committee (BCP) and lead training for new participants.

Maintain high-quality labor relations, anticipating tensions and negotiating with long-term sustainability and mutual respect.

Reduce operational turnover through structural initiatives (selection, onboarding, leadership, non-monetary compensation).

Ensure operational continuity in a highly regulated environment.

Develop critical talent and ensure robust succession pipelines across management levels.

Align local decisions with the regional ONE Amcor strategy.
4. Internal & External Relationships
Internal:
All management teams, employees, and the labor union.
External:
Ministry of Labor, SUNAFIL, Municipalities, law firms, universities, HR consulting firms, employee event/service providers, among others.
5. Requirements
Experience & Education

Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Manager in manufacturing environments.

15 years of experience leading HR processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related fields.

Master’s degree in People Management (preferred).
