1. Objetivo del Puesto:
Analizar, interpretar y traducir la información concerniente al área de Customer Service, a través de los indicadores, identificando oportunidades de mejora y que permitan generar estrategias que optimicen recursos, minimicen gastos para la empresa y asegurar la continuidad de la cadena de suministro.

3. Principales responsabilidades:
Elaborar, actualizar y analizar los indicadores (KPI) del área con el fin de evaluar el desempeño y cumplimiento de las metas de la Dirección de Supply Chain.
Elaborar reportes semanales de Saldos de Producto Terminado para la gestión de Obsolescencia.
Elaborar análisis de Forecast Vs Demanda de la cartera de clientes de AF Lima y AF Chile, con el fin de identificar desviaciones y oportunidades de venta.
Analizar la información de la demanda, de los inventarios y la distribución de clientes con consignación a fin de brindar soporte en la toma de decisiones que el área de Customer Service y Comercial tiene que afrontar durante el periodo.
Actualizar los indicadores de Servicio que mide el cumplimiento de entregas en tiempo y cantidad de los clientes de Lima y Chile.
Identificar, analizar e implementar proyectos de mejora en los procesos del área u otros procesos afines; con el propósito de aumentar la productividad de la empresa y disminuir el trabajo transaccional que no agrega un valor diferenciador.
Cumplir con los 4 pilares y las 6 reglas que salvan vidas de Amcor.
Cumplir con el Reglamento Interno de trabajo, el Reglamento Interno de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo y los estándares de Seguridad de Amcor.
Cumplir con la normativa BRCGS Packaging vigente, BPM y HARA.

6.1 Experiencia laboral y nivel académico
Experiencia requerida:
Experiencia requerida mínima de 3 años como Analista de Supply Chain en industrias de manufactura o en posiciones similares.
Nivel académico:
Profesional Universitario de Ingeniería Industrial y/o carreras afines.
Cursos de Especialización en Supply Chain Management (deseable)
