Principle Accountabilities:
In this role you will be responsible for the following areas:
Candidate Sourcing
• Build talent pools to ensure a steady flow of quality candidates for current and future roles.
• Use a variety of sourcing channels to attract and engage both active and passive talent.
• Work with HR and Hiring Managers to identify and support internal talent advancement.
• Oversee external recruitment partners.
Candidate Assessments
• Identify qualified candidates through resume/application review and pre-screening interviews.
• Develop and implement standardized assessment methodologies that are aligned with the job requirements and that minimize the risk of unconscious bias in the hiring process.
• Coach hiring managers on best practice interview methods.
• Ensure online assessments are completed and provide candidate feedback.
Employer Branding and Candidate Experience
• Manage the candidate experience from start to finish, ensuring candidates feel engaged, informed and valued.
• Showcase Amcor as an employer of choice at every candidate touchpoint.
Center of Expertise and Project Management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Lead projects to enhance team performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote a shared, cross-business recruitment model.
• Partner with the business to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to attract and select talent.
Systems and Reporting
• Track key performance indicators, preparing clear and actionable reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure effective and compliant use of the Talent Management System (TMS).
Major Challenges & Complexities
• Attracting and retaining top talent in a highly competitive job market.
• Managing a large volume of job openings across multiple departments and locations.
• Navigate a complex matrix environment with competing demands.
• Understanding needs and truly partnering with the business.
• Staying up-to-date with changing trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

We are looking for a candidate to join our team with the following skills and experience:
Essential Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in talent acquisition within a demanding, fast paced environment.
• Stakeholder Management and Business Partnership: Effective at understanding the business and influencing and collaboration at all levels of the organisation.
• Language skills: French and English language skills
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Manages Complexity: Agile at managing multiple demands and responding to changing business needs.
• Candidate focus: Experience in promoting employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaboration: Team player with HR and other departments.
• Continuous Improvement: Keeps up with recruitment trends and seeks process improvements.
• Project Management skills.
Desirable Requirements:
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the manufacturing industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using ATS and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Compliance: Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
