Engineering Graduate Program
Each year we are looking for around 10 Graduates to join our Graduate Program in various functions: R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance, PMO and more. The next program will start in October 2025.
This Engineering Graduate Program contract will be based in France.

The Graduate Program is an 18 months development opportunity that leads to a permanent role, which consists of 2 international rotations across our European facilities.
Take on a Challenge!
As an AFEMEA Graduate you will gain insight into the assigned function from different perspectives – by supporting plant-based daily activities as well as being involved in the central European projects, together with your Sponsor. You will have a chance to prove your skills on different levels, getting involved with various projects and collaborating with numerous stakeholders with different background, experience, and seniority. Our Graduate Program is designed for creative and motivated thinkers who love learning and taking on new challenges and responsibilities, not afraid of dealing with ambiguity and change.
In your role as Engineering Graduate, you will be able to work on and support the technical agenda of the French-based plants in our Capsules (Wine and Spirits) business as well as the central EMEA Asset Management function to gain insights into:
(During rotation in plants)
- Learn manufacturing process, safety implications and customer requirements for Capsules sites
- Participate to the activities of Asset reliability, spare part management and maintenance planning on site
- Engage in driving industrial performance improvements with the teams on the ground with a strong CI mindset
- Support technical projects related to loss elimination in the context of a strategic cross BG manufacturing system roll-out
- Develop, improve, align and integrate data, systems and projects for effective project management and to support efficient operations
- Collaborate pro-actively with teams and sites across the BU to leverage best practices
(During rotation in Asset Management EMEA)
- Run initial assessment of fleet situation, applicable policies, data and cost implications
- Design spare optimization blueprint and target definition (based on machine criticality)
- Drive spare inventory management and optimization blueprint roll out
The program is designed to equip you with necessary skills and competencies, via differentiated projects, tasks and learnings, to become a successful process engineer within the manufacturing area of the business.
What do you need?
It’s a good start to have the following:
- Master’s degree in engineering (with a focus on technology, mechanics, polymers, chemistry, mathematics, packaging or related field)
- Up to 2 years of working experience (might be gained via internships) in industrial environment, within production, operational excellence, continuous improvement, quality or related functions
- Fluency in French and English
- Easiness with systems and Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Point)
- Ability to learn fast
- Understanding of CI tools and methodologies as an asset
- Willingness to travel and work across Europe and live in various locations during the program
- First international experience gained via studies, exchange programs or internships as an asset

- EU Citizen or Permanent work permit in EU
