This Engineering Graduate Program contract will be based in France.

Why choose the Amcor Experience?

The Amcor Flexibles Europe, Middle East and Africa (AFEMEA) Graduate Program is an exciting opportunity to further develop your skills and unwrap your expertise with an international packaging leader offering you a unique working experience in an innovative and diverse environment.

The Graduate Program is an 18 months development opportunity that leads to a permanent role, which consists of 2 international rotations across our European facilities.

You will have a chance to prove your skills on different levels, getting involved with various projects and collaborating with numerous stakeholders with different background, experience, and seniority. Our Graduate Program is designed for creative and motivated thinkers who love learning and taking on new challenges and responsibilities, not afraid of dealing with ambiguity and change.

(During rotation in plants)

  • Participate to the activities of Asset reliability, spare part management and maintenance planning on site
  • Engage in driving industrial performance improvements with the teams on the ground with a strong CI mindset
  • Support technical projects related to loss elimination in the context of a strategic cross BG manufacturing system roll-out
  • Develop, improve, align and integrate data, systems and projects for effective project management and to support efficient operations
  • Collaborate pro-actively with teams and sites across the BU to leverage best practices

(During rotation in Asset Management EMEA)

  • Run initial assessment of fleet situation, applicable policies, data and cost implications
  • Design spare optimization blueprint and target definition (based on machine criticality)
  • Drive spare inventory management and optimization blueprint roll out

The program is designed to equip you with necessary skills and competencies, via differentiated projects, tasks and learnings, to become a successful process engineer within the manufacturing area of the business.
